About Sea Moss

What is sea moss, exactly?

Sea moss is a wild seaweed — a red algae harvested from the rocks of clean ocean coastlines. It naturally contains 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies use, including iodine, magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium, selenium and trace amounts of B-complex vitamins.

Where does your sea moss come from?

Our wildcrafted moss is harvested off the coast of St. Lucia by partner farmers, then sun-dried on the rocks for 5–7 days. We import the dried whole-leaf into Malaysia and prepare every jar of gel in small batches in our Kuala Lumpur kitchen.

What's the difference between Gold, Green, and Purple?

Gold is the most common variety — mild, neutral, full-spectrum. Green has chlorophyll-forward greens (moringa, spirulina) blended in. Purple is naturally rich in anthocyanins (the same antioxidants in blueberries). All three start from the same wildcrafted base.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Sea moss is a food, not a supplement, and is broadly considered safe. That said, it's iodine-rich — if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a thyroid condition, please check with your doctor before adding it daily.

Using It

How much should I take?

1–2 tablespoons per day is the standard daily dose. Some people split it (one in the morning, one in the evening). More isn't better — sea moss is potent and consistent small amounts deliver results.

What does it taste like?

Gold gel is almost flavorless, slightly briny. Green has a vegetal moringa note. Purple is faintly sweet, like cassis. The Ginger-Lemon-Turmeric is bright and punchy. Most people stir it into smoothies, coffee, oat milk, or take a spoonful straight.

How long until I feel a difference?

Most customers notice changes in energy within 1–2 weeks. Skin and digestion improvements typically show up around week 3–4. Sea moss is cumulative — it works best as a daily ritual, not a one-off shot.

Ordering & Delivery

When do you ship?

Orders placed before 11 AM (MYT) ship the same day. Everything is made to order, so we don't keep stock sitting — your jar is prepared the day it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Peninsular Malaysia: 1–2 business days. East Malaysia: 3–5 business days. Singapore: 3–7 business days (we cover any cross-border customs). See our shipping page for the full table.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on all orders over RM200 within Malaysia. Below RM200 it's a flat RM15. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions & Returns

How does the subscription work?

Pick a cadence (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and we ship a fresh jar on that schedule. You save 10% on weekly, 8% biweekly, 5% monthly. Pause, edit, or cancel from your confirmation email — no calls, no friction.

Can I return a jar?

Because every jar is made fresh and perishable, we can't accept returns of opened gels. If your jar arrives damaged or unsealed, send us a photo within 48 hours via WhatsApp and we'll replace it free of charge.

How long does a jar last?

Sealed: 3 months refrigerated. Opened: 3 weeks refrigerated. Sundried whole-leaf is shelf-stable in a pantry for up to 12 months.
