First order ships free
New customers: free shipping on the first paid jar. After that, delivery is free on any order over RM200 — otherwise you pick your courier and see the exact rate before you pay.

Same-day cutoff
Orders placed before 11 AM MYT ship the same day. Anything after goes out the next morning.
Insulated packaging
Gels ship in insulated mailers with food-safe gel packs in hot weather. Refrigerate immediately on arrival.
Subscription delivery
Subscriptions ship on a fixed weekly cadence so your fridge is never empty. Pause or skip anytime.
