Gold Signature Sea Moss is our pure gel: whole-leaf wildcrafted Eucheuma cottonii from the clear waters of St. Lucia, cold-blended fresh to order in Malaysia with filtered alkaline water. This is not Irish sea moss. Irish moss is Chondrus crispus, a cold-Atlantic species; Gold is a different tropical strain, and we put that name on the jar. No added flavours, sugars, colours, or preservatives — just a smooth, spoonable gold gel for smoothies, warm drinks, and daily kitchen use. Finished in small batches and cold-delivered across Malaysia and Singapore.
