Orders & payment

By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping and taxes. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment is processed by HitPay; we accept the card and local payment methods they support.

Subscriptions

A subscription authorizes us to charge your card and ship a jar on the cadence you selected (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). You can pause, edit, or cancel at any time from the link in your confirmation email — no minimum commitment.

Made-to-order, perishable

Because every jar is made fresh and is perishable, we can't accept returns of opened or used product. If your jar arrives damaged, leaking, or unsealed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it free.

Sea moss is a food, not a supplement or medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a thyroid condition, please consult your doctor before adding it to your daily routine.
