What we collect

When you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment confirmation (we never see your full card number — that stays with our payment processor, HitPay).

How we use it

To fulfill your order, ship it, send confirmation and tracking emails, and process subscription renewals. We use Resend to send transactional email.

What we share

Only with the services required to fulfill your order: HitPay (payments), Resend (email), and our shipping carrier. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or have it deleted at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp or email hello@theisleofmoss.com.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember what's in your cart between visits. We don't run third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
